FLAP WHEELS

A flap wheel is an ideal product for a wide variety of surface grinding, blending, deburring and finishing applications in tight areas, tubes and narrow curves. Our products are rated to operate safely up to 30,000 RPM and designed for use in die grinders and portable drill motors. We offer our unmounted items for use on bench grinder applications.They are constructed using tough Aluminum Oxide grain for fast finishing with a wide range of grits from 40 to 320.

Our program of standard and premium Flap Wheels is defined by its broad selection of grits, sizes, materials and mounting styles.

PREMIUM FLAP WHEELS

Our PREMIUM line is available in diameters from 3⁄8″ to 3″ and various widths with either a 1⁄8″ or ¼” or a ¼-20 threaded shank. This family of product is constructed using the very finest, long lasting, premium Aluminum Oxide grain on a durable X weight cotton backing.

This material provides an excellent cut rate while providing a softer action and greater flexibility that improves the final finish. These long-lasting flap wheels are a great fit for those users who like a more controlled feel.

STANDARD FLAP WHEELS

Our STANDARD line of Aluminum Oxide wheels is available from 1″ to 3″ and various widths with either a ¼” or a ¼-20 threaded shank. Additionally, we offer this product in unmounted hub style for wheels from 4″ to 6″ diameters. The poly/cotton cloth in this wheel creates a very aggressive product for maximum and rapid material removal. An attractive benefit with this product is its very competitive price which provides a terrific value to our customers.
